The Book Club Discussion
…but instead of discussing a book, we’re exploring the chapters of your life. Let’s analyze the main character’s (your) patterns thus far and also what’s possible!
When you learn to recognize and shift out of reactive patterns, this alone will save you tons of time you’re spending on arguing, overanalyzing, or feeling emotionally drained by relationships, so you can focus on genuine connection instead.
If you know what truly drains your energy, you will always know how to avoid burnout while staying motivated without forcing it.

Sometimes we learn best from hearing other people’s experiences. If this is you, group coaching may be more beneficial than 1:1.
You may also do the PQ Program within a group first and then do private coaching.
I believe in creating a safe, collaborative space where all (including introverts) feel comfortable to share and be open.

Therapy is a medical modality that focuses on mental health issues (depression, anxiety, PTSD, etc).
Life coaching is future-oriented and goal-driven. There is a collaborative approach when it comes to life coaching.
Some clients can benefit from participating in both modalities. Most of my clients already have a therapist when they first started seeking to work with me.
